Individualized Education Plan (IEP): Free Educational Workshop

December 23, 2016

IEP- What is it?  To IEP or not to IEP?

Understanding your child's Individualized Education Plan (IEP) is important. Often, parents feel like they do not understand several parts of the IEP document. This workshop will break down parts of the IEP document for you to understand what type of services your child is receiving, how much of that service your child is receiving, and in what setting your child is receiving these services.

As a reminder the IEP is a legal document. This workshop will not be discussing any legalities with the IEP document. Instead, this workshop is for educational purposes only to empower parents to feel confident in understanding the IEP.

The following school district IEPs will be reviewed: LAUSD, Burbank Unified, Glendale Unified, and Pasadena Unified.
